Política de privacidad

This policy explains what information the marketing site collects, how it is used, and the rights you have over your data. It covers the public marketing site and the early-access waitlist; signed-in product use is governed by your customer agreement.

Cookieless, self-hosted analytics

We measure site usage with privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics that set no tracking cookies and build no cross-site profile of you. Metrics are aggregate — page views and referrers — and the data never leaves infrastructure we operate. Because there are no non-essential cookies on these pages, there is no advertising or third-party tracking to consent to.

What the waitlist stores

If you join the early-access waitlist we store the email address you provide, your language preference, and the time you signed up, solely to contact you about access and product updates. We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

Data integrity and our audit posture

BoreIQ is built offline-first: field crews record work on their devices and it syncs to our servers later, sometimes much later. To keep an honest record, when a change reaches us we store both the time the action was made on the device and the time our servers received it, and we treat the device clock as untrusted for ordering. This dual-timestamp audit trail exists so changes to your records are accountable and reconstructable.

Your data rights: access, export, and deletion

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. When we delete your data we also remove it from the synced copies held on field devices, not just from our servers, so a deleted record does not linger or reappear. To make a data export or deletion request, email us and we will respond.
